How to get your Documents Notarized
Get your forms and documents remotely notarized in just a
few simple steps.
Email me your document: Email your document(s) to VerifiedbyV@gmail.com.
I will review the document, upload it to the platform and you'll receive an
email invite to connect.
Make edits if necessary: Once you click the LINK you'll see the document you want to get notarized and have the option to edit before the session.
· Prove your identity: Verify your government issued photo IDs and passports
· Take a picture of your government issued ID, answer a few questions, and your identity will be confirmed in seconds.
· Must have a US Social Security Number
FINALLY:
Connect with me, your Notary: We'll be connected over live video to sign
your document.
I will notarize your document and assist you throughout the
process.
Pay and download your notarized documents: Upon completion
of the signing, you'll be prompted to pay for the service and then can download
or share your notarized document.
Completed documents will be stored in your account if you
ever need it in the future.
